About my latest article concerning the Boy Scouts Of America


Let me clarify what I meant by my article. I was not criticizing the gay community. What I tried to convey in my article is that no private organization operating within the bounds of the law should be forced to change its principles and traditions based on outside pressure.

The Boy Scouts of America is over 100 years old. It has a set of traditions its members live by. They should be able to continue to live by traditions that have worked and served the organization well for a century.

First Quarter Gone - Are You On Track?

We have just completed the first quarter of the year. So now is the time for you to do your first quarterly review to determine if the action steps you are taking, are producing the results you want them to. If not, make sure you make changes in your actions right away. If you don't have written goals, with a written plan of action steps on how to accomplish those goals, it's not too late. Take a few minutes to write them down now so you can track your results this next quarter.

Are you still on track?

Month 2 of 2012 is now gone. So just like last month... make sure you take a good look at all of your past months activities & results to see if you are still on track to accomplish your written goals. You should be doing this on a daily, weekly, quarterly, semi annual & annual basis. The more you track your activity & results, the greater chance you have of completing your goals in the quickest time possible. I wish you the best of success. Have a great weekend everyone : )
