Congratulations to these women who took control of their situation and paid the price to change their bodies. The basic principal of losing weight is to eat less & move more. But many people get so confused on what to eat (or not to eat) and what movement to take...they don't do either. Don't over complicate the process. If you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight.

Rachel's Challenge

In 2011, our KICKSTART KIDS foundation formed a partnership with Rachel's Challenge. The organization is named after Rachel Scott, who was the first person killed at Columbine High School.

Their objectives include creating a safe learning environment for students by re-establishing civility and delivering proactive anecdotes to school violence and bullying, as well as inspiring academic achievement by engaging students' hearts, heads, and hands in the learning process.
